The borough of Selinsgrove has found its new borough manager. The council hired Lauren Martz for the position. She has previously served in administrative positions, including manager.
Pleasant Valley High School inducted Geoffrey Roche into their Hall of Fame for the 2019-20 school year. While a student at Pleasant Valley, he was president of the junior statesman chapter. He later served as executive director of strategic health care initiatives at Harrisburg University and director of public and government affairs at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono. He also helped develop a partnership between the hospital and East Stroudsburg University. Geoffrey previously won Moravian University’s Emerging Leader Award and has been on the Lehigh Valley Business “Forty Under 40” list. In 2013, he was National Rural Health Association’s rural health fellow.

David, a member of the Corporate Group, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, issues of internal governance, and commercial transactions involving Delaware corporations and other business entities. He advises boards of directors, special committees of boards of directors, and officers regarding their fiduciary and other duties under Delaware law. He received his B.A. from Moravian University in 2008 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2011.
