2023

Sarabeth Brockley is the head of Carbon Strategy with ESG Solutions at NASDAQ She has been at NASDAQ for a few years but just received a major promotion. “Sarabeth graduated in 2010 with an environmental science degree. doing research with me at the Superfund site, and was selected by CUR to present her work at the Capitol. She went on to get her masters in Environmental Policy at Lehigh and was in the Peace Corps (Peru) before working at the UN, and later, for some prominent international environmental nonprofits. She was part of the first delegation Moravian took to the UN climate meetings. At the COP last year in Egypt, she was part of a panel with other young global leaders and talked about how impactful attending the 2009 UN climate meetings as an undergraduate and part of Moravian's delegation was for her personally and for her career”

2022

Kevin Horn retired after teaching high school language arts for 25 years and has continued to pursue his passion for photography. He is being featured in a solo exhibition at M Galleries PNA, 54 Mine Hill Road, Washington, NJ, 07882 in January and February. The opening reception is January 13th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. He is also a street photographer who does street candids and street portraits as well.

Nicholas Repko-Moschini and Meredith (Lobb) Moschini '12 welcomed a daughter, Vienna Lee, on May 6, 2022 (on mom's birthday). She joins big sister, Eliana.

Jess Weaver founded the Women's Wealth Boutique in March. Her bio states that her passion is seeking to help women elevate their life and wealth so they can be a leader with their money.

Laura Hullfish Caiola gave birth to Nathan on February 22, 2022.

Maggie Riegel and Dr. Michael Pipestone were married on September 25, 2021, in Kintnersville, PA.

September 2021

Anastasia Morris and husband Bobby Kohl welcomed a baby boy on April 20, 2021. Wyatt Michael Kohl was 8lb 10oz, 21in long.

August 2021

Caitlin Dean Bach '12 and Aaron Bach '10 welcomed a son, Caden Charles, in August 2021. He joins big brother Christian.

Rachel Falco and Anthony Falco welcomed Rocco James on March 2, 2021.

April 2021

Maggie Riegel will be entering a Ph.D program in Communications, Culture, and Media at Drexel University in September of 2021.

November 2020

Symonne Scott has stepped in as the new head coach for cross country and indoor/outdoor track at Bellingham High School in Massachusetts. She ran track at Moravian while earning 8 All-American awards and several school records. After college, she went on to coach at Blackstone-Millville Regional High School. During her time there, the boys she coached were undefeated conference champions, with the girls not far behind. They broke several school records in nearly every event across all three seasons and also had several state, all-state, and New England qualifiers. When she is not coaching high school teams, she owns a private coaching business, Azimuth Athletics, where she conditions and trains athletes across all sports in speed and agility.

Michael Bishop, Esq. and Meghan Spirk Bishop '11 welcomed a son, Luke Aiden, on April 4, 2020. He is the grandson of Ray Bishop, Jr. '81 and Teri McCandless Bishop '81.

Kaitlyn Boyer received the Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms award in 2018. Through her Fulbright scholarship, she took a course in global education, attended a symposium on global education in Washington, D.C., and traveled to Colombia to work with teachers and study the education system.

March 2020

Andrew Cohen was involved as the technical transfer lead at Roche Molecular for the first large scale FDA approved test for rapid patient testing of coronavirus. As part of a global team, he worked with research, development, and operations on the large-scale process development and testing of the diagnostic testing kit to make it available for customers during the critical time.

Sarah Thomas Sofka and Benjamin Sofka, Ph.D. welcomed their daughter Audrey Rose Sofka on May 15, 2018.

Rev. Mark Newman '10, S'16, P'14, P'16 works as a pastor at Newfoundland Moravian Church as well as at Moravian University. In 2016, he graduated from the Moravian Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity.


Jonathan Ritter has joined Valley National Financial Advisors (VNFA) as a financial planning associate. Ritter is a certified financial planner professional and a certified public accountant with more than 10 years of experience. He will work out of Valley National’s Bethlehem headquarters as part of a service team supporting clients of ExecutiveEdge financial advisers. 

Amy Putlock ’10, MEd ’17 was chosen as a quarterfinalist for the Music Educator Award, which will be presented at the Grammy Awards in February. Putlock is a general and vocal music teacher at Broughal Middle School in Bethlehem. Putlock is among 189 quarterfinalists from 179 cities.

The Presbyterian Church of Madison (Madison, New Jersey) has selected Anna D’Achille ’10 as its new director of musical arts for her versatility in traditional and contemporary music. D’Achille earned her bachelor’s in music education from Moravian University with a concentration in classical piano. She has served as organist and music director at the Church of the Saviour in Denville, NJ, and First Memorial Presbyterian Church in Dover, NJ
