Harassment Prevention, Diversity and Inclusion, and Protecting Youth

We believe that, as employees, we each share in the obligation to create a workplace and campus community that is free from exploitation, intimidation, discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence.

Accordingly, we have developed a series of three online learning modules that use dozens of real-life, interactive scenarios to provide employees with awareness around these issues, knowledge of our campus policies and resources, and strategies to intervene and address concerns should they arise. The learning modules include: Harassment Prevention, Diversity and Inclusion, and Protecting Youth.

Course completion is required for all new hires within 45 days of employment and for all current employees annually.  Upon the establishment of an employee network login/email address or when training is due, employees can expect to receive a message to their inbox [Subject: Moravian College has assigned you training, Sender alias: Moravian College, Message header Everfi].

To access the online learning modules:

  1. Click on the red “Log In” box in the body of the email

  2. You will be directed to login through Moravian’s Single Sign On (SSO)

  3.  Log in using your Moravian network username and password

  4. You will be directed to the Learner Dashboard (Everfi) to view assigned courses

  5. Click on red “start” button to the right of the course to begin

Your progress in each course, as well as your completion, will be automatically tracked and Human Resources will be notified accordingly. You may still wish to print and retain a completion certification for your records or in case of technical error.
