Student Opportunities

Washington Semester

Moravian College students may participate in programs of study offered by American University’s Washington Semester program. Available in both fall and spring term, this program pairs academic and experiential learning with an internship at one of many influential institutions in the nation’s capital. Specific programs focus on a range of possible subject matter including foreign policy, environment, education policy, American government, journalism, science and technology, justice, public law, the arts, and international development. Credit for the term's work is granted by Moravian College. The grades earned at American University are reflected on the Moravian College transcript and are factored into the student's cumulative GPA.  https://www.american.edu/spexs/washingtonsemester
