In collaboration with your advising team, you’ll officially declare your major and begin considering how you’d like to shape the rest of your Elevate experience at Moravian. You’ll identify what type of programming and courses (research, internships, civic engagement, etc.) will benefit you most as you work toward your future career.
Global Greyhound Trip
Your Elevate experience includes travel funds toward a faculty-led study abroad trip (check your eligibility here)! Interested in traveling elsewhere or for a longer period of time? Work with the Center for Global Education to plan your unique trip!
RISE Teamwork & Leadership
RISE is a four-phase teamwork and leadership program that impacts and empowers you to realize your potential to transform your community and the world. By getting involved in campus activities during Year 1, you’ll set yourself up for enrollment in the first RISE course. You’ll complete phases two and three of the RISE program during your sophomore year at Moravian.
Silver Career Readiness Badges
Other opportunities that you might consider looking into include the Peace Corps Prep Program, Fellowship and Scholarship Advising, Student Opportunities for Academic Research (SOAR), and more. Your advising team will point you in the right direction toward the opportunities that will best support your career pursuits and earn you points toward your Silver Career Readiness Badges.
