Workplace Accommodations

The University will provide a reasonable accommodation to disabled applicants and employees if the reasonable accommodation would allow the individual to perform the essential functions of the job, unless doing so would create an undue hardship. Mo’s Cupboard

Mo’s Cupboard is available for anyone with an active Moravian ID card, including employees.

Wellness and Safety

Fitness Center

At 10,000 square feet, it offers plenty of room for students, faculty and staff to work out on cardio equipment and weight machines.

Chaplains

Chaplains are available as a resource to students and employees. Jennika Borger (borgerj@moravian.edu) is located on the Bethlehem campus and Jennifer Biemiller (biemillerj@moravian.edu) and Nilda Roman (romann@moravian.edu) are located on the Lancaster campus.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is available to employees and their families at no cost. Help is as easy as a phone call away. The EAP offers advice, support, and practical solutions to real-life issues. All services are confidential.

Health and Wellness Benefits

Moravian offers a variety of health & wellness opportunities through our health insurance and through PAWS (Promoting Active Wellness Sustainability) to help you attain your lifestyle goals.

Counseling Consultation

Moravian University’s Counseling Center does not provide counseling services to faculty, staff, or their families. However, the Center will provide one consultation session for faculty and staff to assist them in obtaining services in the community.

Management Training Program

Report a Concern

SHARE

Submit a SHARE Report if you are concerned about a member of the community or the community as a whole.

Campus Climate & Education Team

Submit a CCET Report to raise immediate concerns about incidents of bias or acts of harassment and discrimination.

Title IX

Make a report to the Title IX Coordinator if you experience or witness an incident of sexual misconduct.
