About the Moravian University Onboarding Program: It's your chance to meet and learn from leaders of our institution and to make connections with other new hires.
Four 90-minute sessions: Topics are subject to change, but include: The University's History, Mission and Vision/DEI; Enrollment, Marketing & Our Students; Current Issues in Higher Education Today and The Moravian University Community.
What is needed from you? Simply put: your participation in all four onboarding sessions is required - trust us, you don't want to miss out on this great opportunity! If you need HR's assistance in ensuring your attendance, we will work with your supervisor/ department chair directly.
How to participate: Invites go out to new faculty and staff individually. All new staff and faculty are expected to attend each session.
