• Students will demonstrate mastery with regard to the terminology, concepts, and historical benchmarks of the four represented academic subfields within political science. 
• Students will learn classic and contemporary approaches to the study of political processes, citizenship, and democratic participation.
• Students will acquire a cosmopolitan understanding of international events, political systems and cultures, and power relations.
