Homecoming and Reunion Weekend

Registration:

Registration is required for all events and will be coming soon. The final deadline for registration is Friday, October 14, 2022. This year we will be instating a new Priority Registration. Registrations placed before Friday, September 30, 2022, will receive a discounted registration rate and be entered into raffles which will be drawn at the Homecoming Tailgate.

Habitat for Humanity Build

The Moravian University Campus Chapter of Habitat for Humanity invites you to work side-by-side with fellow alumni and students to complete a project for Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley. Head back to the classroom to learn from current Moravian faculty while enjoying craft beers and light refreshments. 

 

Alumni "House Party"

7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Alumni House

Head over to the Alumni House to reminisce at a modern-day -  “house party.” Includes a dinner buffet, beer, and wine bar.

Priority Registration - $30 per person

Alumni Association Annual Meeting & State of the University Address by President
Bryon L. Grigsby ’90, P’22, P’26

Did you know you’re a member of the Alumni Association? Stop by the Association’s annual meeting to meet the Board of Directors, discover what they have been up to, and find out how you can get involved. In addition, President Bryon L. Grigsby ’90, P’22, P’26 will present the State of the University with updates on current happenings and what is in store for the future. Light refreshments will be available.

Tailgate 

10:00 a.m.
Steel Field Complex, Football Practice Field

Join us on the field to catch up with your fellow classmates and friends while watching the Hounds take on the McDaniel Green Terrors. 

Guidelines & Regulations

  • No automobiles 
  • No glass (including bottles, crockpots, dishes, etc.)
  • No charcoal or wood grills
  • Patrons must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent at all times. Proper identification is required for all, regardless of age; please have your ID ready!
  • Tailgate concludes 30 minutes after the game ends.
  • Tables may be rented (limit 2 per person).
    • Priority Registration - $15 per table, 2 for $25
    • Regular Registration - $20 per table, 2 for $35
    • There are no refunds on rented tables.

Homecoming Parade and Alumni Band Pregame Show 

12:00 p.m.
Parade starts in front of Johnston Hall

Do not miss these special Homecoming traditions! The Homecoming Parade, featuring student organizations, will start in front of Johnston Hall and make its way to Rocco Calvo Field. If you are interested in performing with the combined current and alumni bands for the pregame show, please contact Dr. JoAnn Wieszczyk, at wieszczykj@moravian.edu.

Reunions

2022 will be the Reunion Celebrations for class years ending in 2s & 7s.

Consider giving back in honor of your reunion, any amount, to any designation—before October 27, 2022.
All reunion gifts count toward the Class Giving Challenge to see which class has the highest participation rate. The class with the highest rate will receive an upgraded VIP food package for the Alumni Tailgate at the football game. Donors from the winning class will also be entered into a raffle to win two reserved seats at a Moravian University Christmas Vespers service in December! One winner will be selected.
You can give your gift online at moravian.edu/reuniongiving or send a check to Moravian University with your preferred gift designation in the memo line before October 27.
