Class of 2026 Summer To-Do List
New students receive a weekly email each Wednesday afternoon featuring important action items. Below are the current summer to-do items.
Wednesday, June 1:
- Financial Aid Documents Due
Review your messages on the AMOS Financial Aid Portal to confirm submission of all requested documents. Federal Direct Loan Borrowers also need to complete loan entrance counseling and the Master Promissory Note. - Sign Up to Receive Your Student ID
Sign up at moravian.edu/CampusPolice for an appointment between June 1 and August 1 to have your photo taken for your student ID. Students who are not able to come to campus can receive their ID upon arrival in August.
Thursday, June 9: Complete your Class Planning Survey
The survey will be available in AMOS beginning Wednesday, May 4.
Tuesday, June 14: Start Moravian 101: Navigating Academics
Watch for notifications in your Moravian Gmail account from Canvas.
Wednesday, June 15:
- Student Life Questionnaire Due

The questionnaire will be made available beginning on Wednesday, May 11 in AMOS.
Housing assignments will go live on AMOS by July 4. - Type Focus Questionnaire Due
The questionnaire will be made available beginning on Wednesday, May 11 in AMOS.
Wednesday, July 20:
- Health Forms Due
moravian.edu/healthcenter - Fall Tuition Bill Due
Your bill will be available on AMOS beginning Friday, May 20. - Proof of Graduation Due
Make sure to send us your final high school transcript.
Friday, August 26: Arrive On Campus
Residents should arrive after 8:30 a.m.
Commuters should arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Friday, August 26—Sunday, August 28: New Student Orientation
Information regarding your Orientation Group and Orientation Leader will be
sent to your Moravian email on Monday, August 15.
Monday, August 29: Voices for Change Online Education Program Due
Information will be sent to your Moravian email in early August.
Monday, August 29: First Day of Classes
