Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Moravian University Retirement Plan. Currently, Moravian contributes 4-8% per year* to our retirement savings, and employee contributions are not required, but highly encouraged! Plus, our employee-funded accounts allow for either pre-tax or after-tax contributions.
