Accepted Concurrent Enrollment Students 

Welcome to Moravian University

Congratulations on your acceptance to Moravian University as a Concurrent Enrollment student!

As a Concurrent Enrollment student, you are officially a Moravian University student. This checklist will walk you through the steps you need to complete before your course begins so you are ready for success on day one.


Step 1: Activate Your Moravian Account

You will receive information from Moravian University with instructions to activate your student account.

Once activated, you’ll have access to Moravian’s student systems.

You will need to:

  • Set up your Moravian University email account
  • Keep track of your username and password

Your Moravian email is the official way the university will communicate with you.


Step 2: Log In to Moravian Systems

Go to login.moravian.edu to access all Moravian systems using one username and password.

Key systems you will use include:

AMOS

  • View and manage your course schedule
  • Review your student record
  • Access billing and account information

Canvas

  • Access your course materials
  • Submit assignments
  • Check grades
  • Communicate with your instructor

Step 3: Get Started in Canvas

Canvas is Moravian University’s learning management system.

Before classes begin:

  • Log into Canvas and make sure you can access your course
  • Review the syllabus and course announcements
  • Confirm you understand how to submit assignments

Your instructor may not publish the course until shortly before the term begins.


Step 4: Review Academic Expectations & Policies

College courses have different expectations than high school classes.

Concurrent Enrollment students are expected to follow all Moravian University academic policies, including:

  • Attendance policies set by the instructor
  • Academic integrity standards
  • College-level grading expectations

Important: Grades earned through Concurrent Enrollment become part of your permanent Moravian University transcript.


Step 5: Prepare for Your Course

Before the first day of class:

  • Purchase or access required textbooks or materials
  • Review any technology requirements for your course
  • Note important academic dates, including add/drop deadlines

Step 6: Know Where to Get Help

Support is available to help you succeed.

If you have questions about:

  • Your account, email, or system access
  • Course registration or schedule
  • Canvas or online learning tools
