School Counselors

Moravian College is known for being a little revolutionary—from our founding in 1742 to our recent membership in the New American Colleges and Universities consortium. We want our students to make history here, and the first step begins with you.

Virtual Visit Opportunities For You

Whether you're an established Greyhound fan or unfamiliar with our institution, join a student ambassador and other counselors like yourself on a virtual tour to explore what Moravian College has to offer your students.

Application Process & Requirements

If you know a student who wants to push boundaries and forge their own path, ask them to consider Moravian College. Our admission requirements are designed to promote accessible education for all—plus there’s no application fee!

Did you know?

Moravian has taken a holistic approach to application evaluation since it’s founding, more than 275 years ago. And in the spirit of being a little revolutionary, we’ve taken things a step further by establishing our Test Optional Policy for first-year applicants. Find out how this might affect your students.

Alyson Remsing

Meet Alyson!

Your point person for all things Moravian College.

Hi, I’m Alyson Remsing, Director of Recruitment at Moravian College. During my nine years as an admissions counselor, I’ve recruited in several states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and North Carolina. Additionally, I serve on Moravian’s Admissions Decisions Committee and act as a liaison to our Alumni Engagement Office. So you can consider me your point person for all things Moravian College! I’m looking forward to working with you.

Academics

Moravian College focuses its academic experience on the purposeful integration of liberal education, professional studies, and civic engagement. But, as is our revolutionary way, we’ve taken things one step further by fully integrating Apple technology into our campus, classrooms, and student life.

Financial Aid

Moravian College is committed to making our private education affordable to as many students as possible. When you factor in the amount of financial aid that our students receive (over $40 million annually in merit and need-based grants and scholarships) and the fact that almost all of our graduates complete their degree in four years, Moravian College can be as affordable as some public institutions.

Admissions Events

We believe the best way for high school students to get to know us is for them to experience life as a Moravian College student! At every admissions event, students have the opportunity to walk around campus with one of our amazing student tour guides. Plus, they can meet faculty, future classmates, and current students. We offer events specifically for high school seniors, juniors, interested nursing majors, and Spanish speakers.
