If you’re confident that Moravian University is where you belong and you want to wrap up your college search in the fall, then applying Early Decision is the best option for you!

At Moravian University, we begin admitting students in October and our Early Decision application deadline is November 15. Applications received during this time will have an admission decision within two weeks, meaning you’ll know if you got in to Moravian by December 1 at the latest and you'll receive your financial aid offer early, too! So you can relax and enjoy the holiday season and the rest of high school knowing that you’ve found your home for the next four years.

What is Early Decision?

Early Decision is an application option available at Moravian University. Students apply and receive an admission decision and financial aid offer early, and, if admitted, commit to attending Moravian by submitting their enrollment deposit.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

At the time of your decision, you will be notified if you were selected to receive a merit scholarship, ranging from $20,000-$29,000. All students are automatically considered for a scholarship upon review of their application for admission, regardless of Early or Regular Decision status. 

If you wish to be considered for need-based aid, file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid and include Moravian University’s school code (003301) when the FAFSA application becomes available on Oct. 1. For Early Decision, your FAFSA must be completed prior to Nov. 15.

You will receive an estimated financial aid package after applying Early Decision to Moravian. We begin sending these packages out in early November—so you can wrap up the financial aid process early!
