Moravian University offers affordable housing to all full-time graduate, post-baccalaureate, and degree completion students. If you’re interested in living on campus, please reach out to us to find out more!


 

Living On Campus

Students can take advantage of suite-style living in The HILL on Moravian’s historic south campus in downtown Bethlehem, PA. Priority is given to graduate students who reside more than 50 miles from campus. However, if availability permits, local students have the option to live on campus. 

Rent is priced lower than most off-campus housing options and leases are flexible with semester, summer, or year long contracts.

The Space

Graduate housing options include a single room in a gender-inclusive suite ranging in size from four- to six-person units. The following amenities are included:

Optional Meal Plans

Graduate students are welcome to enroll in any of our meal plans on campus. To register for a meal plan, contact the Office of Housing at housing@moravian.edu.


Off Campus Housing Options

Graduate students are encouraged to visit Places4Students for off-campus housing options.The Office of Housing does not make recommendations to students but encourages them to use these resources to find a house, provide landlord feedback, or search for roommates.

Summer Housing

Summer housing is available for cohort based graduate students from Memorial Day Weekend until the first Saturday in August.
