There are a number of pre-selection processes in which students are assigned housing before General Selection takes place. Students assigned to housing via one of the following processes will not be issued General Selection Admission Tickets.

Eligible students may apply to live off-campus for the 2024-2025 academic year. Current off-campus students must reapply. Off-campus releases are not guaranteed. The University anticipates releasing approximately 50 students off-campus for the 2024-2025 academic year. Students should not sign a lease unless they receive notice from the University that they have been approved.

Organizational Housing is designed to provide environmental support to the academic and co-curricular elements of the University. It is an opportunity for active members of a USG recognized club/organization or Moravian University athletic team or military affiliated group to establish a living space that meets the goals and interests of the group.
